Our philosophy
Why Revive exists

Revive began with a change of hands. When the practice came under new ownership in 2025, the question was never how to make it bigger. It was how to make it better, for the people who had trusted it for years, and for those walking through the door for the first time.
The name was chosen deliberately. Our work is about reviving smiles, yes, but also the confidence that goes with them and the long-term health that sits underneath. A tooth repaired well should last decades. A patient who understands their own mouth makes better decisions about it.
Most of all, we want every person who visits to feel genuinely cared for: not processed, not sold to, and never rushed. That is the standard we hold ourselves to, and it is the reason the practice exists.
Our approach
Four principles we work by

Listen before we treat
Your first appointment is a conversation, not a procedure. We want to understand what brought you here, what worries you and what you want from your smile before anything else happens.
Explain before we act
You will always know what we have found, what your options are, what each one costs and what happens if you choose to wait. Nothing goes ahead until you are comfortable.
Plan for the long term
We would rather do the right treatment once than the quick one twice. Every plan is designed around how your mouth will be in ten and twenty years, not just next month.
Treat people as individuals
No two mouths, or people, are the same. Appointment length, pace and communication are shaped around you, including if you are nervous or have had a difficult experience elsewhere.
The practice
Designed to feel nothing like a dental surgery
Natural light, quiet rooms and no waiting-room television. Every space was chosen to lower your heart rate, not raise it.
What we are here for
“We are not aiming for a smile that photographs well once. We are aiming for a mouth you can rely on for the rest of your life.”
Dr Eleanor Marsh, Principal Dentist
That means preventing problems where we can, restoring teeth in ways that last, and being honest when the best treatment is no treatment at all.
It also means you see the same clinician each time, someone who knows your history and notices when something changes.
Patient experience
What a first visit feels like
I was honest about how nervous I was and nobody made it a big deal. Eleanor explained everything twice, showed me the scan and let me decide in my own time. It felt like being looked after, not sold to.
